What to Expect?
- Daily Self-Love Practices: Each day, I’ll share a simple, actionable practice for you to do that day. These will be posted in the Telegram group.
- Community Sharing: You’ll also have the chance to share your own favorite self-love practices and learn from others. It’s all about supporting each other on this journey!
- Supportive Environment: Our community is a safe, non-judgmental space for encouragement and growth. Be kind, compassionate, and respectful as we support one another.
How to use the Community?
- Respect Everyone: This is a judgment-free zone. We are here to uplift and inspire one another.
- Stay engaged and keep it focused on self-love.
- Share your experience with the daily practice. How was it for you?
- Share another self-love action you took on the day. To encourage action rather than theory, I want you to share something you did today, not something you used to do or something you read on the internet.
- Celebrate and support other people’s shares. Let’s spread that love.
- Ask questions. If I get a lot of questions, I might set up a livestream to answer them.
- Have Fun: This challenge is about you! Embrace the process, celebrate every small win, and don’t forget to enjoy yourself.
What if I face inner resistance?
Good! This is terrific information about the inner barriers and limiting beliefs that are blocking you from loving yourself. The more uncomfortable it feels, the more you will benefit from this challenge. You are overturning conditioning that you potentially acquired over decades.
I do not want you to force yourself. But, I do want you to write down the thought that is blocking you from executing the practice or a similar one. Thoughts like “I have no time,” “It feels selfish and self-indulgent,” “I need to put others first,” “I am not enjoying this,” etc.
If it feels comfortable, share your resisting thought in the community so we can help you explore its validity.
