Yes, when the call is posted, it comes with an “Add to Calendar” link (Google, iCal, etc.). Use that to sync it with your preferred calendar.

Call replays are immediately accessible in the Community area in the call tab after the live session. You’ll see them in the same place where calls were originally announced.

Use the private podcast link or feed URL you received after enrollment.
Add it to Apple Podcasts using that link. Alternatively, you can access episodes within Kajabi under the Podcast section

You can listen to your VisionPath Private podcast on Apple Podcasts or via Kajabi/member portal or in-app .

To listen to a Private Podcast in the Mobile Apple Podcast App:

• Copy the Private Podcast URL from inside the subscription confirmation Email. 
• Open the Apple Podcasts app and click the Library tab.
• Click Edit in the top right corner and select Add Show by URL
• Paste the Private Podcast URL into the text box and then click Follow. 
• The show will then appear in your library.

In the Community settings (Settings → Notifications), choose which updates you’d like to receive (push, email, in-app).
You can toggle mentions, announcements, and more.

Log in, click your avatar or profile menu, then go to Settings. There you can edit your contact info, password, and profile.
Changes sync across your Kajabi account.

Each module has a VisionPath Bot that guides you through reflection exercises.
You’ll find it inside the last lesson of each module. Simply chat with the bot and answer its questions. In the end, it will provide a summary of your key insights to save for your records. The bot doesn’t store personal data. Before closing the chat, copy and paste your final summary into your VisionPath Workbook, journal, or notes app. We receive only anonymized logs (with no names or identifying details) to help improve the bots’ quality and accuracy.

The feed pulls content from all channels.

The challenges appear inside the Kajabi Community.
You’ll see posts or prompts inviting you to join.
Click on the challenge post, respond in the thread, and follow the instructions for each week.
You’ll also be able to comment, share your progress, and see others’ entries.

In posts or comments, type “@” followed by their name (or username).
Select their name from the suggestions to mention them.
They’ll receive a notification that you tagged them.

You’ll find all the upcoming calls in the Calls Tab in The VisionPath Kajabi Community.  You can also add the calls to your calendar using the link provided in the calls. When the time comes, simply click live room to join the call. VisionPath includes 2 group coaching calls per week and one community call per week during the 6-week program.

No problem. Every call is recorded, and the replay is immediately available within the Calls tab in your VisionPath community. You can watch them anytime from your computer or mobile app. You’ll never miss the key takeaways.

You post your question in the Ask Caterina channel in the community. You can also type your question in the chat during the call if you’re attending live or take the hot seat to receive some direct coaching from Caterina in the live call.

Each call lasts about 60 minutes.

Kajabi Calls are displayed in your local time zone (provided you have set it up correctly in your profile). Simply choose the coaching call that best fits your schedule each week. You can also add them to your calendar for added convenience.

Absolutely. There will be some space at the beginning of the call to share wins or you you can share later in the Wins and Ahas channel in the community feed. Your wins inspire others and deepen your own learning.

You can revisit the videos, exercises, and workbooks anytime after the live round ends, whenever you want a reset or a deeper layer of insight.

VisionPath is designed as a 6-week journey, with one module per week.
Each week builds on the previous one, but you can move at your own rhythm if you need more time for reflection.

At the end of each lesson, click “Mark as Complete.”
This helps you track your progress through the course.
You can unmark a lesson anytime if you’d like to revisit it.

You can download the VisionPath Workbook from the Workbook lesson in each module of your course. Click the download link, then print it or fill it in digitally on your device.
